Claire Goes Skating

At the roller disco sometimes there’ll be a kid or two who have no finesse at all - they smash their boots into the floor, they have no roller skating form, they whizz about by luck and experiment - but who just have infinite verve and fluidity. I look at them and I think I hope you never lose that, I hope you never forget that you have that.

For most of the ROLLER DISCO, these two were taking their two novice-on-wheels kids round or taking the opportunity to skate a bit faster alone,
